Please Read

 

  • A deposit of 1 night stay is required to hold a reservation and for use as a damage deposit. Reservation/Damage deposit will be fully refunded after cabin inspection and no damage has occurred.

  • Deposit is NOT refundable if reservation is canceled less than 14 days before rental date.

  • Entire rental fee is due 14 days prior to reservation.

  • Early checkin and checkout may be available for an extra charge.

  • The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign a hold Harmless agreement. Renter shall be responsible for guest while on property and be responsible for any damages incurred by guest.

  • NO SMOKING inside cabin at any time, smoking allowed outside, in screened porch or on deck.

  • NO PETS ALLOWED!

  • PLEASE BE AWARE CABINS SIT IN A FLOOD ZONE.  YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED DUE TO FLOODING.

  • ​ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED IF CANCELLED DUE TO FLOODING.​
